These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for use of services provided by RNS-X-RAY.
By accessing this website or purchasing a product or repair service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide hardware and software repairs, SD card upgrades, software unlocks, and infotainment system updates for vehicles. All services are carried out with care by professional technicians.
If we are unable to repair your unit, you will not be charged for the service. However, return postage costs will still apply.
All repairs come with a 12-month warranty on the work carried out. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, future faults unrelated to the repair, or external tampering.
Payment must be made in full before any repaired unit is returned. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
You are responsible for securely packaging your unit and sending it to us. We are not liable for any damage during transit. Return shipping will be via tracked courier.
SD cards and software unlocks are provided "as-is." It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility. No refunds are offered for digital or activated items.
You are responsible for backing up any important data. We are not liable for loss of data or settings.
RNS-X-RAY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
