We use this information to create your repair record, attach the details to the Stripe payment, send order confirmations, provide shipping instructions, carry out the repair, contact you if we need clarification, and return the unit to you.
Our main lawful basis for this order processing is contractual necessity. We may also retain limited records where required for legal, tax, accounting, warranty and dispute-resolution purposes.
